In 1997, Alain Milliat imagined six juice flavors, which he presented to 60 relais & châteaux sommeliers. Since then, the company has worked ceaselessly to offer sincere and authentic juices.
Boosted by its success with the chefs of gourmet restaurants, the house is also noticed by luxury hotels and fine grocery stores. The brand is now is now present in more than 20 countries.
Since 2021, Alain Milliat has created his second brand AM with a range of organic iced infusions with no added sugar in order to adapt to everyday moments.
