When it was created in 1934, the company was called BIRON ANGENAULT & GUINCESTRE, named after its three historical directors. They chose to rename the company by assembling the first letters of their respective surnames: BANGUI.
BANGUI quickly built its development and reputation by combining know-how and expertise in the implementation of value-added flexible flooring products: Linoleum, PVC, broad or stretch carpets and stairways.
Know-How BANGUI Company
In the early 2000s, BANGUI changed its business mix by creating departments for poured rubber floors, technical floors, painting, decoration, fittings, and acquired Mécafloor, manufacturer of technical floors.
Today BANGUI remains the leader in its historical businesses and generates its growth by diversifying its activities for the Office, Hospitality, Retail, Cinema Complexes and Healthcare markets.
