All our trailers go with homologation for street vending and manufacturer sanitary certificate. We can build food trucks from 500kg up to 3000kg, and wiith measurements from 2 meters up to 9 meters, depending on the needs of our customer.

We have more than 27 years of experience and more than 800 food trucks of different models manufactured, which consolidates us as the European leader in the manufacture of themed food trucks and trailers. At Bausonn, we not only sell units for gastronomic use, but also for all types of activities, trades and professions in private, cultural, artistic, musical, and sporting events, hotel facilities, shopping centers, schools and public roads .

Our history

Bausonn Food Truck was founded in 1993 from the passion, enthusiasm and experience of the Retromania team, manufacturing fixed food trucks for bars, hotels, shopping centres, etc. Over the years we have perfected the system to be towed on the road. Retromania was founded in 1989 manufacturing themed bars and restaurants. With over 30 years of experience and more than 1,000 themed bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels manufactured and installed throughout Europe and the United States, it is the leading company in the themed hospitality sector.

In our 5000m2 workshop we manufacture 10 different models of Food Trucks as well as vehicles exclusively to customer specifications. The manufacturing of our Food Trucks is the result of a highly experienced and multidisciplinary team of creative professionals, designers, engineers, welders, bodybuilders, carpenters, upholsterers, modelers, draftsmen, decorators and craftsmen.
