Upholstery : BK Group upholstery stands out for the precision of its workmanship and unique materials. The cutting phase, managed by electronic machines, is followed by overcasting and sewing; the process ends when the article is pre-upholstered and the frame and mattress / sofa body are joined, followed by the application of the cover, handcrafted by skilled labour.

Carpentry : All wood used is traceable and free of surface treatments, to ensure greater quality and sustainability of the raw material and finished product. The combined use of different fastening systems – with interlocking moulded joints, by gluing with vinyl adhesive and using staples – ensures durability over time.

Metalworking : BK Group has an internal department dedicated to metalworking. Owing to the experience of skilled workers and state-of-the-art machinery, all the metal parts necessary for creating sofa bed frames are processed and produced, with the study of innovative prototypes and custom-made mechanisms.

Mattresses : The BK Group sofa beds offer the possibility of choosing different types of mattresses, with standard dimensions and a height of 15 cm: orthopaedic mattresses with springs, polyurethane mattresses with varying densities, mattresses with Memory foam panels, box-spring mattresses for single sofa beds.

Engineering department : Conceptualising, developing, designing: BK Group offers complete support to all customers, for creating custom-made sofas and meeting the most diverse needs.
