The company was established by Francisco Jover in 1965. It is a family-run company, currently managed by the second and third generation, with more than 120 employees. The company began manufacturing curtains and, in 1983, it also specialised in the manufacture of jacquard upholstery fabrics.

Today it continues to manufacture high quality curtains and decorative upholstery, but also technical and in&out fabrics for contract projects.

It has its own factory in Spain, where it makes all the production processes : it has warpers, looms, finishing plant, fabric and yarn dyeing plant, digital printing, special finishing processes and tailoring services. It also has several prestigious textile brands such as KA International, Maison Decor, Armando Ferre, in&out and FUSA.
