Having witnessed the paper-laden desks of suppliers, the wasted time of procurement teams manually inputting their inventory, corporate offices trying to track departmental approvals and chefs manually calculating recipe costings, we knew there had to be an easier way to manage and automate the procurement process.
Moving transactions from offline to online, switching from information silos to centralized master data storage and creating a transparent, unified workflow has paved the way for our end-to-end procurement process that handles all aspects of purchasing, inventory management and invoice processing.
