Since the beginning, we have always been committed to making cookies the way they should be made – delicious, moist, tasty – and in compliance with the highest quality standards. In other words, cookies that are “just like over there” with a “local” know-how.
And so that our cookies offer you the best of themselves, the cookie dough is prepared every day (in our factory in Clichy, near Paris), then sent to the stores, calibrated and laid out by hand, and finally baked on the spot… to become delicious cookies.
Cookies with a good composition
If our cookies are so good, it’s (also) because we only put good things in them. Each ingredient is carefully selected for its quality, its taste and its French origin, even local when possible.
Our fresh butter is PDO Charentes-Poitou. Our organic eggs come from free-range farms in the southeast. Our flour is made in Centre-Val de Loire with wheat harvested less than 90km from the mill where it is produced. Our salted butter caramel comes from Isigny, and so on. And of course: no artificial flavors or preservatives, no texture agents, no palm oil or margarine. 100% pure butter cookies.
