Katia’s journey begins in 1991 with the launch of Limited Edition, founded on the renowned Belgian tradition of elegant weaving and design. She focuses her attention on providing high-quality, custom-made rugs to the residential market.

Philippe Hanet, her husband and James Dewitte, her brother joined Katia to help her build the company from the ground up, carving out a place for themselves in the flooring industry through superior quality, innovation and expertise.

The ‘Le Tissage’ group specializes in spinning, dyeing, (hand)tufting and weaving to create premier flooring products which are commercialized under 2 renowned brands on the market: Limited Edition and 2tec2.
