In our eagerness to respond to a market in constant demand for new flavors, we launched our bread with corn.
This piece of 345 grs, has a slight taste of butter thanks to the sweetness provided by toasted corn and sunflower seeds. It also has a spongy, tender and melting crumb. The yellow millet, on the other hand, gives both the crumb and the rind a very colourful golden shade.
Sunflower seeds are very rich in minerals, magnesium and phosphorus. An ideal bread to pair with vegetable ingredients, or soft sausages such as turkey or ham york, which reinforce their properties.
