Over 5 years of studies on meat and yeasts during the maturing phase have been required to obtain an exclusive, patented and totally natural processing system.

This skilfully made product is the perfect synthesis between the quality of the raw ingredients used, the experience of processing in the Parma area and innovation in line with the main health directives regarding the sodium/potassium ratio.

The thighs, after being subjected to the exclusive processing, are left to age for at least 16 months: the result is an excellent raw ham with a tasty and characteristic flavour, with a pleasant soft texture.

The Dulcis is ideal for classic starters (with melon, figs, cheese…), for tasting platters, on pizzas, bruschettas and sandwiches, for anyone who wants to reduce the consumption of salt without sacrificing the pleasures of the table.

The reduction in sodium (salt) consumption and an increased intake of potassium contribute to maintaining normal blood pressure.

Potassium contributes to normal muscle function.

Dulcis is offered in a vacuum package that offers maximum practicality: boned, completely cleaned of rind, pressed and trimmed for a yield very close to 100%.
