Please note :

  • When first turning on the oven, heat it slowly. Increase the temperature by 50 °C.
  • Every 30 minutes until a temperature of 400 °C is reached. With the door open, maintain a temperature of 400 °C for four hours.
  • During pizza baking, the lid must remain open, otherwise the oven will switch off automatically after 5 minutes.
