In just 5 steps, your delegates will be registered for your event and book their accommodation :

1. Personalized home page
   Upload a logo and photo of your choice and choose the name of your event. A unique and personalized domain name can be given to all delegates and used on your site.
2. Choice of accommodation : You set the number of days and the expected number of participants, delegates will book the rooms they need for the negotiated price according to the style and location of the accommodation.
3. Registration : As an option, you can add an unlimited number of “products” to offer or sell to delegates: Registration for the event, meals, activities, merchandise etc…
4. Payment : Your participants are then invited to choose the payment method that suits them: credit card or bank transfer. Funds are automatically transferred to the various stakeholders (accommodation, organizer, other service providers).
5. Delegate management : Each registrant has an account that allows them to manage their booking and registration. Rooming lists are automatically generated for each accommodation provider.
