New m°chef cooking probe for automated temperature readings
The Orka laboratory is expanding its range in 2022 with a waterproof wireless probe featuring a Bluetooth connection for controlling cooking with occasional measurements or continuous readings. This professional multi-use probe lets you record temperature readings automatically, either locally or in the cloud.
One-off and continuous temperature measurement
Suited to a wide variety of uses; measurements can be taken continuously while food is in the blast chiller or being kept warm prior to service and plating up. Temperatures are automatically recorded in the cloud via Bluetooth and are available on the Orka trace application. During continuous temperature measurement, data is available in the form of downloadable graphics in PDF format for your HACCP monitoring.
The probe that adapts to your needs
Thanks to its included stand, m°chef can also be placed statically into a food item during cooking, or in a cold room for continuous temperature readings. Targeted programs
