CHARVET manufacturer of innovative professional cooking equipment since 1934 presents one of its latest innovations “The multi-zone induction hob”.
It is available in the Pro 800 and Pro 900 ranges on a GN 2/1 static electric oven, open base and bridge unit.
The multi-zone induction hob (420 x 810 mm glass ceramic) has four heating zones (4 zones 180 x 360 mm – power: 3.5 kW each) controlled by 4 controls. It allows the simultaneous cooking and heating of several dishes at different temperatures ! It is also ideal good for grabbing and keeping warm.
