With a thin burger you can easily prepare 2 or 3  level burgers or more for XXL versions ! Our Smash Burger is made using only 100% pure French beef, 100% muscle, 20% fat. It can be valued as fresh French « Steak Haché » on your menus. This fat content allows the good grilled taste due to the Maillard reaction during cooking and keeps the patty soft.
