FEATURES

  • Place roll sushi on the cassette and turn it on. Design is loaded with safety features; it uses a cassette-type automatic delivery mechanism to slice the rolls for you.
  • Produces cleanly sliced pieces as though they had been cut by knife.
  • Cutter blade is regularly sprayed by alcohol, keeping it sanitary. Also, the blade makes its cuts without coming into contact with a cutting board, improving longevity.
