With its butcher know-how since 1953, Socopa Restauration launches three ready-to-use sauces to sublimate its tartares. These professional quality sauces with 40% of pieces (pickles, gerkings…) with preserved texture and balanced recipes allow a highlight of meats.
The 300g doypack package with easy opening has dosing scale every 50g (for easy dosing) and a stable bottom to easily prepare 6 tartars.
Thanks to the flash pasteurization, the organoleptic quality of tartar sauces is preserved while guaranteeing a long use by date (140 days).
