The TDR efficiently circulates air within the cavity, enhancing heat transfer for improved product quality. Its energy-efficient design reduces electricity consumption during preparation, coupled with enhanced cooking times, making it the most effective rotisserie with high output.

The impressive double glass doors provide a spacious and eye-catching display, maximizing the visual appeal of your products to customers. Additionally, the unit ensures optimal insulation with contact temperatures kept below 70˚C. For added convenience, the TDR 8 M can be optionally placed on a matching stand.

Doors on both sides as standard

For enhanced safety, the TDR M features a unique pass-through design (doors on both sides). Helping to avoid cross-contamination by separating of raw and cooked products.
