Fermented at low temperature and unrefined for more than 30 days, this sake opens with a round and delicate aroma, with notes of white-fleshed yellow fruits and a touch of lemon. In the mouth, the register is creamy and rich, with a long and subtly fruity finish.

Sake and food pairing

Designed to match a more traditional Asian cuisine, this sake will go perfectly with raw, marinated or ceviche fish, hard cheeses such as comté, vegetables or other spring shoots (asparagus, wild garlic, artichokes…)
