VESPER 1, with its glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene shell and steel legs, is a modern-looking chair, suitable for both public spaces (like bars and restaurants) and homes.
The seating collection designed by Cristoph Jenni has a unique technical feature: the organic-shaped shell works actively with the steel frame to give the product its stress resistance. This solid connection between the components means less material is required for its manufacture, while still ensuring high performance in terms of strength, longevity and comfort.
This line of research has culminated in Vesper 1: a sturdy chair with a light and understated look.
Available in seven colours, with a white, black or chrome metal frame, the Vesper chair comes with a choice of fixed or swivel base, the option of armrests, and also comes in a stool version.
