Each Gianni Acunto’s oven is the result of 125 years of experience in craftmanship. Approved by the True Neapolitan pizza association and by the Neapolitan pizza makers, it is now used all over the world. The only choice if you want the true neapolitan pizza.
Our ovens are completely hand built using natural raw materials such as water, salt, sand, volcanic earth, clay, iron and cast iron. It consists of large caliber iron structure, a clay brick dome and a top that varies from 800 mm to 1400 mm, also in clay. The 220 mm high cast iron mouth has a width of 440 mm or 520 mm depending on the model.

The oven is sold finished with white and red paint or any other colour chosen by the customer. Alternatively you can customize the oven with tiles or other material and insert your logo.
