Touchless water coolers

Mechanical buttons can be a transmission point for bacteria if they’re not properly disinfected.

As a result of COVID-19 pandemic, Mistral quickly developed its touchless water coolers range to alleviate this insecurity.
Distribution with pedals or with infrared sensors, these new touchless distribution options guarantee optimal hygiene and safe hydration for all users.
The first step was therefore to develop pedals on all water coolers in order to propose users solutions that can be implemented immediately.

The logical next step was to deploy new solutions in order to really guarantee water distribution without any contact with the fountain. This is how Mistral has democratized its infrared sensors to be able to propose them on most of its high flow water coolers.
These sensors are integrated to the body and detect the containers placed in front of them to trigger water distribution.
