M.A.M. was founded in 1952 as a metallurgical and mechanical processing company. In the 60’s, Mr. Aurelio Malaguti invented the first wood-fired pizza oven, which is still working today in the Nelson pizzeria in Modena. Over the years, while keeping the winning formula with which the M.A.M. pizza oven was conceived, it has been able to adapt to new technologies, until becoming a leading product both in Italy and worldwide.
