In 1972, Joaquin Sugrañes Soronellas founded Amenities Pack with the aim of providing a differentiating product to the luxury catering sector. Driven by his innovative and meticulous character, he focused on selling personalized toothbrushes with integrated toothpaste through vending machines. The product was a real revolution that caught the attention of the hotel sector. ENTURSA (National Tourism Company – Current Paradores of Tourism in Spain) was the first to adopt the personalized toothbrush, opening the door to a new sector.
With an effective mindset when it comes to solving everyday problems and taking advantage of the boom in the Spanish hotel sector, Joaquin Sugrañes Soronellas decided to take the plunge and provide hoteliers with a wide range of personalized products with the aim of adding value to the stay of hotel guests. This is where Amenities in Spain were born. This heritage explains the way Amenities Pack works.
Throughout our history, the greatest successes have come from our greatest challenges, and we believe this makes us different. We have always grown with and for our customers, reaching the smallest detail.
Today, Amenities Pack has 3 delegations creating unique memories in more than 40 countries and with logistics that allow us to reach any place in the world. Without a doubt, challenges make us great and we continue to grow without losing the essence transmitted by our founder, who made it clear what is done at Amenities Pack.

We love to travel, whether for pleasure or work, enjoying the cultural immersion and the beauties that exist on this planet. When we return home, it is easy to have a memory of the city we visited or the people we met. In pursuit of the same goal or on the same line, however, our goal is to help the hotelier as much as possible so that his hotel is also part of this memory.
That is why our mission is to provide the customer with the best product in terms of quality, functionality and design that provides the guest with a different stay and a difficult-to-replace memory.

It’s no coincidence that Amenities Pack was the first company to incorporate the word Amenities itself into the name of our company, as we embody the true essence of guest satisfaction.
We understand amenities as the so-called welcome products for hotels. Generally, these are products that hotels provide for their guests to ensure they don’t have to worry about small details. To us, though it may seem contradictory, it is a transient product intended to be eternal, adapting to each era. Those of us in the industry must be able to interpret current trends and adapt in all aspects to continue providing hotels with the opportunity to surprise and welcome their guests.
Amenities form part of a hotel’s personality, creating an emotional connection to the place where one is staying, evoking emotions through the senses and creating a sensory experience that will remain in the guest’s memory for a long time. Today, we have been on the other side for over 50 years, valuing the importance of small details, surprising thousands of guests every day, and reiterating that great achievements are made up of tiny details.

Conscience
At Amenities Pack we are aware that climate change is a reality that will have inevitable implications. Global warming is a problem that reaches an environmental, political, economic and social perspective, but we can still minimise its most severe consequences, for this reason we have the responsibility to act as soon as possible.
Cosmetics has been adapting in parallel to social awareness, and although we still have a long way to go, at Amenities Pack we believe that a small gesture makes a big change and being responsible with the planet is not an option, but an obligation. For more than a decade we have kept our promise to the environment and we have adapted and renewed all those actions that are within our reach to continue with our environmental objectives.
Occupational welfare
At Amenities Pack we believe that the commitment of companies should go beyond the strictly professional, that is why we believe in the implementation of measures or guidelines to follow to optimise the conditions and quality of life of workers. One of our objectives is to promote a culture of communication, that is to say that people identify with the values, processes and decisions of the organisation
Value
In 1994, we decided to add recyclable materials to some of our products for the first time. Since then, more than 95% of our collections are made from biodegradable materials. But it doesn’t stop there, we didn’t just focus on the packaging, we also focused on the ingredients that are part of the cosmetic composition of our products, making them mostly with natural ingredients, free of artificial additives that are harmful to the environment.
Our commitment goes further, which is why we have been taking the initiative to implement an environmental management system for years. We see it as a tool to develop our activity in an environmentally friendly way. It is at the same time an effective tool for environmental self-assessment, which allows us to trigger a process of continuous improvement in our daily tasks.
