The Life brand is the first brand created by the ValueState Hotels group. Our goal is to offer a budget hotel experience that appeals to new generations of consumers.

But where did this idea come from?

During the first confinement, each member of the ValueState Hotels group spent a lot of time at home. Professional and passionate, this time allowed them to reflect, brainstorm and create the LIFE concept “Better than home” which is based on the 4 pillars Sleep, Work, Arty & Play.

We wanted to create a newgen brand that fits perfectly into its environment, so each decision includes an environmental and socially responsible component.

Our first two establishments are now open, in downtown Marseille and at the Bordeaux train station.
