With a production and warehouse area of more than 40,000 square meters and a closed production cycle, TED BED is among the largest companies on the continent. It is one of the most modern in Europe and meets the high standards of the EU and the global market. The company’s factory in Plovdiv employs more than 400 people responsible for the entire production cycle on the seven production lines controlled by an advanced ERP system. It manufactures more than 150 products for both the Bulgarian and international markets.

The TED BED portfolio includes mattresses, beds, box spring beds, bedroom furniture, and accessories. TED has acquired multiple certificates on products and processes, the most prominent being Oekotex, BSCI, and LGA. In 2022 The company was awarded QUDAL MEDAL as the highest quality brand for mattresses in the Bulgarian market.

• Spring Technology : The search for ecological and environmentally friendly methods is becoming increasingly important and popular. i-Springs is a technology of individually packaged springs, each in a separate pocket. They react accurately to different pressures with different forces and provide flexible but stable support to the body.  i-Springs technology helps to achieve restful sleep. It is characterized by strength and long service life.
• Foam Technology : Our innovatively equipped polyurethane profiling factory creates extremely stable shapes that are ergonomic and with improved elasticity of the material. This technology evenly distributes the body weight and eliminates the feeling of pressure. The products created with it are characterized by varying degrees of hardness and comfort.
• Hybrid technology : Hybrid technology combines the advantages of the two main methods to create orthopedic mattresses with excellent support, core ventilation, a high level of comfort, elasticity, and ergonomics. The spring system, working in perfect harmony with the foam, ensures a deep, calm, and healthy sleep without any tension or body pressure.

ZERO Waste Technology

We have developed an unique installation, which processes technological waste materials into fibers that could be used for quilting and fillings. In this way we are helping for more sustainable usage of our planet resources.

Photovoltaic power station

Our photovoltaic installation with a power of 2.6 MWp, increases our energy efficiency, and will reduce 6000 tonnes of carbon emissions a year.

Vertically integrated structure

Our veretically integrated production structure and the compressed packaging of our mattresses helps to reduce the CO2 emissions to minimum.

Glue-free mattress technology

Our patented glue-free model guarantees more sustainable and harmless products towards the environment and people.
