A FAMILY Story
Vitacuire is the story of a couple of restaurant owners in Lyon, Emile and Ginette Krief, that decided to launch into the delivery of frozen puff pastry in 1952.
Remaining an independent and family company then managed by Jean-Yves Krief and his two sisters, Vitacuire carried on the traditional know-how around puff pastry in all shapes and forms: cocktail bites, individual pastries and to share.
Since 2010 and the third generation turn up, the company keeps on innovating and developing new ranges on the appetizer market.
