GOOD&GREEN is FelsineoVeg’s line of plant-based deli slices which combines well-being and good nutritional profiles with taste and versatility. All products have been developed using the Mopur® production process, combined with a recipe that involves the use of sourdough and cereal and legume flours in order to supply outstanding characteristics: distinctive flavour and aroma, as well as a unique texture. The deli slices are made using a production process that preserves the integrity of the ingredients, also thanks to natural fermentation and hot water cooking.
