The ELECTRO GIÓ oven with rotating hearth is the latest addition to the Esposito Forni company, and the first one on the Italian market made entirely of refractory bricks, with a static open mouth (not ventilated) and vaulted chamber.
We are unique because we have kept all the structural qualities of our traditional wood-fired oven.
The refractory bricks resist to a temperature of 1200°C which allows a powerful radiation while keeping the hearth hot in depth and homogeneous.
The latest generation touch screen makes it easy to manage the different cooking programs. The turntable is entirely controlled by a frequency inverter : speed, direction of rotation, cooking time, alarm volume.
Everything has been rethought to achieve inimitable cooking.
