Selected, worked, matured, preserved, cooked and served with the highest standards, our meats all come from our cutting and maturing workshop, created in 1999 and located in Brive-la-Gaillarde. It selects the noblest cuts of beef throughout the year.

Personality & personalities

With its red and white atmosphere, competition plaques on earthenware walls, objects borrowed from the world of butchers, right down to the apron worn in the old-fashioned way, the décor transports guests into the world of a traditional butcher shop. The men and women who make up the Group have one thing in common : joviality, character and a certain family spirit.

The waiters in butcher’s uniforms welcome customers in a warm atmosphere and gladly punctuate their service with cheerful apostrophes in “Louchébem” (butcher’s slang).
