Preparing a healthy dish or a protein breakfast is simple with Steamì
Steamì is a professional machine for bars, pubs, and hotels equipped with a steam wand with which to regenerate precooked and dehydrated products. You can prepare disches such as pasta, soups, rice, and polenta without the need for a flue or prepare protein breakfasts, such as porridge or scrambled eggs.
Preparing a healthy dish or a protein breakfast is simple with Steamì. Just pour or place the food product inside the cup to get a single takeaway portion. Use a pitcher instead if you prefer to cook a double serving or to serve in-house.
Select the recipe from the display to start preparation. Remember that if you use pre-cooked or dehydrated products, the room is not subject to the requirement of a flue because steam cooking does not produce fumes or odors.
At the end of cooking, you get a steaming cup to sell in a to-go or delivery version. With the supplied accessories, moreover, it is possible to prepare a double portion ready to be served at the table or to share.
