OPERATING PRINCIPLE

  1. Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
    Enables motor speed control
  2. Temperature sensor
    Measurement of exhaust duct temperatures
  3. Hub
    Collects and transfers sensor data
    to the Processor
  4. Modulating Dampers
    Controls exhaust airflow based on the requirements of indivi-dual hoods or zones
  5. Iris Bleu
    Optic sensor measuring vapor and/or smoke emissions
  6. Keypad
    Ventilation mode selection (AUTO, MAX, OFF). Indication of airflow setpoint
  7. Automatic controller
  8. Processor
    Analyses hood sensor data and determines optimal exhaust/supply fan speed

The ECOAZUR® system allows precise ventilation regulation due to the unique accuracy of the “Iris Bleu®” and the “Temperature sensors”.

The hood sensor data is analysed by a “Central Processor”, which in turn, auto-matically adjusts the exhaust and supply fan speed based on the real-time cooking activity.
