Designed as a tribute to Burgundian red wines, our Barrel Sake Red Wine was aged in Pinot Noir barrels from the cellars of the famous Jacques Prieur estate.
The result is a round and warm sake, with light vanilla aromas, a smooth texture and a long and complex finish.
A fruity sake that will go perfectly with all the great classics of French gastronomy.
Sake and food paring
This sake pairs well with all the classics of French cuisine, such as meats in sauce, soft cheeses or chocolate-based desserts.
Serving temperature: Between 14°C and 16°C. Can also be served warm between 45°C and 50°C.
Alcohol By Volume (ABV): 14%.
