Brewed with Isfahan rose, lychee and raspberry, this sake opens with delicate notes of red berries and rose. It is a real ode to gourmandise, developed by one of the WAKAZE collaborators who wanted to imagine a sake that would pair perfectly with French pastries and macaroons.
This fruity cuvée has a tangy mouthfeel and can be paired with red fruit desserts or chocolate.

  • Color: Light pink
  • Nose: Notes of lychee, rose and raspberry
  • Mouth-Feel: Floral and delicate, with a touch of acidity in the finish
  • Ingredients: Camargue rice, water, koji rice, lychee from Reunion Island, French raspberry, Iranian rose

Sake and food pairing

With rose macaroons, of course! This sake will also be enjoyed on pastries or desserts with red fruits or white chocolate.
