A high-volume workhorse. The CTP20-10 Commercial Combitherm Oven is a roll-in combi oven model that provides high volume production in limited hood space. It is compatible with the Alto-Shaam integrated oven rack management system and is perfect for cook/chill or banqueting retherm applications.
